I received my package from Wheel of Fortune today! For those of you who have gotten a donation from them what did you value it at? Signed Pat and Vanna pic signed $1,000 wheel wedge, hat, 4 VIP passes to a taping, 2 figures, keychain, pen, and Wheel bag!

Great to read all these posts! Thought it would be helpful to post a reminder about the format that first got this thread started and seems to help a lot of folks:

The ULTIMATE Donation List

I've noticed that a lot of the listings for auction/raffle donations are quite old. Both the economy and company policies change over time, so I am starting a new Thread. I have found it tedious to go through pages and pages of a thread to get what we all really want - Names and contact info of national corporate donors people have been successful with. So, I ask the following:

PLEASE:
1) Only list sources you have had success with.
2) If you have questions for a poster, please contact them directly - not through this thread. This thread is supposed to be a Listing.
3) Use the following format for your listing

COMPANY NAME
-- Mailing Address -or- URL for online form
-- How long it took you to get a response
-- What did the company donate?
-- Your comments

Thank you for all your suggestions. We just got a donation from The Atlantis Resort in Reno as well as Triple Play Family Fun Park in Idaho.

Noticed some folks had questions recently about putting together auction baskets. If you are looking for ideas, check out the comments on our Facebook page when we recently asked what was the best auction basket folks had ever seen:

Thought this might spark some ideas!

Well our auction is next Thursday.
SO far we have raised about 32, 000.00 in donations which does not include the themed class baskets that each class did . THose items were donated from families in each class. I alone raised 21K.....EXHAUSTED, but still running around trying to find more stuff.
I found some things here, but tried to stay more local as things that really wouldn't sell wouldn't be used & I kind of felt like someone closer to that area might have better use for it.
I just got our donation from Canvas on Demand... ( Which I found here) THANK YOU!
I also looked up our local fairs in the area & went down the list of their sponsors & had success there.
I was wondering what the average amount of donations people get?
I think I did great, but who knows:)

I guess it all really doesnt matter unless people show up to the event & buy it though. SO, fingers crossed... Ill be sad if we dont at least make half this for the school.
