We have tried all kinds of food but have found that having picky food rather than a sit down dinner is the best. We are lucky to have a family with a catering biz and they give us a good deal. We have a few appetizer tables around the room and 2 bars set up. It works well. We have tossed around the idea of asking some kids from the HS to come to pass food. Hope this helps some.
What kind of food do you sell at your auctions for people to eat?? We are looking for different choices this year, just wanted to get some new ideas.
