For those of you who have done appetizers vs a meal I would like some input. We usually have a program where we have an MC, our administrator speaks, live auction, etc. How does that work into an appetizer station kind of set up. Do you still have full table seating and people just get their food throughout the night as they desire or is it dining and then bring everyone together for a program? Just trying to get a feel for the flow of the event and whether this is something we would like to try this year.
