Parent Volunteer Recognition Letter

This Volunteer of the Month letter is designed to send to Volunteers to fill out and return with a photo fo them selves or of their family. It is then hung up in a picture frame or on a Bulletin Board as a Volunteer of the Month. So volunteers can be recognized for their hard work and people will know who they see is the hallways and Congratulate them.
