“I was so excited to begin the year that I ran out during the summer and purchased three boxes of thank-you cards. After the first two months, it occurred to me I was sending not only thank-you notes but also personalized notes apologizing for small mistakes or oversights of the PTO. I felt strongly it was important to own up to our mistakes and try to maintain good relationships, so I special-ordered cards that said ‘OOPS’ on the front. Hopefully the 10-pack will get us through the end of the year!”
