Materials:
Paper plates (2 per child)
Scissors
Ribbon
One-hole punch
Variety of decorating items, we used: glitter glue tubes, markers, stickers
How to Make:
Paint the paper plates. Option: Use colored plates and skip this step.
Cut one paper plate about 2/3 of the way up
Hold plates together as shown in photo and punch holes around the bottom edge
Lace the ribbon through the holes tying off each end to hold it in place. Tip: If using thick ribbon like we did wrap a piece of masking tape around the end to make it easier to lace through the holes.
Punch 2 holes at the top and lace another ribbon through to make a handle.
Decorate!
