This year I started an excel spread sheet with the following info: Parent's first and last name, child name, teacher, and a cell for each month. On a weekly basis I will enter info on the amount of volunteer time and add new volunteers as they come. At the end of the year I will be able to tally volunteer hours to award certificates for most hours volunteered, etc.
