Bounce houses are covered under general liability only when there is supervision. The bounce house must be at a facility that also has appropriate insurance or with a vendor who has appropriate insurance coverage. Additionally the vendor will need to list the parent group as an additional insured.
Here is a link to the PTO Today website showing all the events and activities that are covered by a general liability policyhttp://www.ptotoday.com/insurance/faq.php#26 .The bounce house is listed under the events requiring supervision.
