Concessions

Our school is holding a free dance for the school. We are giving popcorn and water(from a container) away free. We are not selling any food or drink. The dance is from 5-8. I am thinking we should sell hotdogs with lemonade for a small fee of $1.00. I am asking too much? Should we just keep it water and popcorn?? This is our first big event of the year. So we don't want to make it a horrible event.

I think it would be good to add the hotdogs/lemonade. You are holding the dance from 5-8, so some folks may be hungry for dinner and the popcorn wouldn't be enough food. I like the way you are offering the basics for free and the price you're suggesting for the hotdogs/lemonade is very reasonable. Sounds like you are going to have a really nice event!
