What is our PTO (which is a 501(c)) required to give people who: Pay Membership Dues Donate Cash

A thank you note is always nice, regardless of the amount. But the IRS requires that you provide documentation of donations over a certain dollar amount--check the information here direct from the IRS: http://www.irs.gov/Charities-&-Non-Profits/Substantiating-Charitable-Contributions
