Non present raffle

I'm doing a 50/50 raffle. Can I identify the ticket holder only by there cell phone number. I only want the winner to come to the drawing place to collect there cash?

Have you done the raffle yet? Asking because if there's time, try assigning a number to each participant. That way, you don't have to publish the cell number.

Really? If I were a parent, I'd be interested to know that the drawing was fair and went to someone other than the person running the raffle.

Also, in Massachusetts, the state requires names of winners of prizes more than $25 to be listed on a raffle report that you file with the town.
