Your welcome packet should help people understand what the PTO is all about, and give them an easy way to get involved. You should at least include information about your goals for the year, contact information for your officers, and a volunteer signup form. There's a detailed list of ideas for your welcome packet on the file exchange. You can also find samples and templates in the Welcome Letters and Packets section of the file exchange. Good luck!
