Was NOT a good fundraiser for us! We lost more money off it than we made!

Here is a link to the Better Business Bureau's review of this company. The BBB rating as of today is "F":

Do like the others said, STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY! We thought it was going to be great. The cards were delivered late and I had to call the company to see if we were still on. I had to make a call to a local merchant that I had put a star next to on the application to make sure they got on the card. The deals were very bad and the card sample we were shown was in color. We got black and white. When he called me to run down the list of deals, I was like "uh huh, uh huh, uh huh" after he said each one. I told him I would get back to him. I called other members to go over it - we did finally agree to use him. Then he called me after we got them to see how we liked them. I said that we were not happy at all and explained why. His only response was: "well, you do realize your invoice is due next week, right?" I said I did. He then proceeded to call our treasurer SEVERAL TIMES EVERY DAY leaving messages on her voicemail and marking them urgent. We sent him a letter asking to be able to return the cards and have him try again or possibly getting a discount because these were never going to sell. He called the treasurer and said that I didn't sound like I had a problem with the deals and what did she think? He then proceeded to play a recording for her of the conversation I had with him where I said "uh huh" after he read each deal. I had no idea I was even being taped. Then he taped that conversation with her and called our superintendent and played it for her and told her we were refusing to pay and LIED and told her that he had spoken to our principal WHICH HE DID NOT. He also made threats over the phone to our treasurer. This man is a menace and should not ever profit from a school parent group again.

I'd definitely check the Better Business Bureau on these guys. Also I'd see if they've gone under any other business names.

We do the card fundraising for the 8th grade washington Dc trip--not Calloway though--we use A & T fundraising.(for the last 2 years that I know of) This is not a PTO sale though--its just for the 8th grade students going on the spring trip. My daughter is one of those 8th graders and we have sold 20 cards(18 merchants on the card)for $10 each in a week--so she makes $100 towards her trip. Not too shabby LOL!! Our cards include places in the larger towns near us(we live in a little town with no resturants--a pizza shop) but the cards include places like McDonalds and Wendys and sub way in the 2 closest towns. I have one I bought off the neighbor girl last year and I LOVE it LOL!! Well worth the $10 I spent to buy it.
Like I said this is not a PTO fundraiser and I am not really sure how well they do overall but I know around here everyone knows when its "time" for those discount cards to be sold LOL!!

Stay away. Stay very far away. This is the type of company that gives good fundraiisng companies a bad name. Not kidding.
