Great poem! I was browsing the web trying to find something that'd express the joy of being a child for my school, and voila! I feel kinda sad when read it, such a pity that the childhood is gone and we are all locked in the cage of adult problems and duties. Modern kids are not like we used to be though, they are more interested in how to convert m4a to mp3 rather than baloons... Thank you for sharing the poem!

Never heard of this inspiring poem, now I will read and re-read every September and revisit the poem in June. I will also share with my parents, and staff.
