Entry Rules and Agreements
1. The promotion is open only to legal residents of the United States who at the time of entry are a) eighteen (18) years of age or older and b) currently serving as a volunteer or on the board of the school parent group at an accredited public or private K-12 school in the United States. School Family Media (PTO Today) is the official administrator of this program. Employees of School Family Media (PTO Today) and their affiliated companies, subsidiaries, distributors, sales representatives, agents, advertising and promotional agencies, and the immediate families and household members (parent, spouse, child or sibling) of each are not eligible to participate. The Promotion is subject to all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations.
2. All entries must be submitted by adding a comment to the PTO Today Canon Facebook contest thread between Oct. 10, 2018 and by 11:59 p.m. Central Time on Oct. 17, 2018.
3. Entrants must follow the entry instructions. Entries generated by script, macro, robotic, programming or any other automated means are prohibited and will be disqualified.
4. Participants may enter more than one entry, but each entry must be a unique “idea” to qualify. You must provide the information requested. You may not enter more times than indicated by using multiple email addresses, identities, or devices in an attempt to circumvent the rules. If You use fraudulent methods or otherwise attempt to circumvent the rules, your submission may be removed from eligibility at the sole discretion of School Family Media (PTO Today).
5. All entrants must be legal residents of the United States of America with a current U.S. address for prize fulfillment. Prizes that require shipment will not be shipped internationally.
Winner Selection Rules and Agreements
1. How To Enter: The Contest must be entered by submitting an entry in the comments section of the PTO Today Canon School Maker Space Contest Facebook post. The entry must fulfill all Contest requirements, as specified, to be eligible to win a prize. Entries that are incomplete or do not adhere to the rules or specifications may be disqualified at the sole discretion of SFM.

3. Winners will be selected by PTO Today’ judges consisting of members of its content team. Judges will select winning entries based on their originality and impact on the PTO Today community of parent group leaders. Winners will be selected by and announced on PTO Today Facebook page by Nov. 19, 2018.
4. All published prizes from the Sponsor are fulfilled by the Sponsor and are the sole responsibility of the Sponsor. The Sponsor is responsible for contacting winners and fulfilling all other related prizes directly to the winners.
5. School Family Media (PTO Today) will make every attempt to fulfill prizes. Prizes unclaimed after 60 days will not be not awarded.
6. Any depiction of prizes is for illustrative purposes only. All prizes are awarded as-is and without warranty of any kind, expressed or implied. Winners are responsible for all taxes on prizes received.
7. Prizing: Two (2) winners will receive a prize package that includes one Canon PIXMA G4210 Wireless MegaTank All-In-One Printer, one pack Matte Photo Paper 8.5x11 (50 sheets), and one $250 American Express gift card to be used toward the purchase of supplies for the school maker space) (ARV of prize package: $669.97)
8. Product prize is not redeemable for cash or transferable. No substitution allowed except, at Sponsor's sole discretion, a prize of equal or greater value may be substituted.
9. Only the number of prizes stated in the Rules is available to be won. All prizes will be awarded provided a sufficient number of eligible Entries is received.
