The 2026 Expo experience builds on everything leaders loved about past events, with fresh content and new ideas designed around what PTO/A groups are navigating right now.
This year’s Expos feature:
• Two brand-new educational sessions focused on modern PTO/A challenges and opportunities
• A hands-on goal-setting workshop to help your group create a clear, realistic plan for the year ahead
• A large vendor hall filled with companies that work exclusively with PTOs and PTAs

This spring, we're bringing the PTO Today Expo to six cities, and we can't wait to meet hundreds of local PTO and PTA leaders who are pumped about making great things happen for their school communities. Each event runs from 9-1.

So, what do attendees get to experience at a PTO Today Expo?
While exhibitors and giveaways vary by location, you'll get to discover tons of new school fundraisers, arts and enrichment programs and events, all while getting the chance to connect and share ideas with leaders from other local parent group organizations in your area. You'll get to experience live demos in select locations (like the famous Harlem Wizards, a blow-up planetarium, and yes, perhaps even petting a sloth). Your group walk away with tons of new fundraising ideas, service projects, tools, school assembly ideas and more for the coming school year.
