If you’ve spent any time on the school PTO or PTA, you already know this role teaches you things you never expected to learn. Like how many strips of duct tape it takes to tape your principal to the wall, how many glow lights it takes to make your gym glow in the dark, and that no matter how often you promote a fundraiser, someone will still ask a question that was clearly answered in the flyer. 😉

But beyond the funny (and very real) moments, there are also some bigger lessons that stick with you: about community, showing up, and what really matters at the end of the day. There's something really rewarding about getting paid in smiles.
