Question: Non Profit bank account

Can we open our bank account as a Non Profit organization before our 501 (c)(3) is finalized? We have our EIN#?

Yes. You only need an EIN to open a bank account. Your 501(c)(3) application for tax exemption from the IRS won't have any affect on your bank account.
