We just held our 4th Grade Celebration for our outgoing 50 4th graders leaving to middle school. It was held on a Friday night, 6-8pm, drop off or parents could stay. Theme was based around Stars, we had a red carpet and foil entrance with a parent taking their picture on the red carpet (we handed out sunglasses and disco ball necklaces), we had a volunteer do face painting and colored hair spray (kids loved it), decorate your own star sugar cookie, yearbook signing station, identify the baby pictures game, we had to parents "dj" music for dancing, served pizza, ice cream, slushes and baked goods. We also provided them their own tshirt with Class of 10 and all kids names on the back. Kids loved it! I have included two links with more ideas, good luck and have fun. http://www.ptotoday.com/answers/question/11269 and http://www.ptotoday.com/ideabag/topic/238-events-and-programs
