Question: Who are the initial board members in Articles of Incorporation

In regards to filing the Articles of Incorporation for a new school going into its second year: who is considered the initial Board of Directors. Is it the first set of members or the current members.

It's whoever holds office at the time you're filing your incorporation papers. If your terms lasts until the end of the school year and you file during the summer, it's the newly elected officers.
