Question: Power

The principal of our school just held a meeting with the unelected treasures, secretary, and the elected president. She has made by-law changes and taken teacher-at-large and all chairs off the executive board. By definition, this was not an executive board mtg. How do the parents and us (faculty in chair positions) fight this?
