Question: Tax Category for BoxTops, Target for Education, etc.

I'm doing our 990EZ (right..) with Schedule G. How do I count revenue from Box Tops for Education, Target Red Card, Scrip Sales, EScrip and Restuarant nights? Are these *all* counted as simply donations, or do we count them as FundRaisers with the total revenue being "Donation"?
