This year we put out the following survey-type thing to our teachers & staff. We are using it for things for appreciation week and they will be kept in a binder with our office manager. A parent may come into the office and ask to see her student's teacher's paper if they'd like to maybe bake their favorite cookie or get a gc to their favorite restaurant, bring in their favorite type of food for a special lunch, etc.

Love this idea - getting ready to get this going for our school. I have a question though: who do you stop at? We have approx. 50 employees from the janitors, teachers, para-pro's, office. How far out do you give these too????

We recognize all of our staff, from custodians to teachers...it takes a team!

Same as Pals...we also do busdrivers and cafeteria workers. The janitors are actually a focal point because they have to do so much clean up for us...d
