Middle School Fundraisers

One option is to offer a food fundraiser that meets the health guidelines but is still popular and easy to sell. Finding such a product can be difficult, but Jack Link's now manufactures a product that fulfills that niche called original beef jerky .

Another option is to move away from food entirely and sell school-related products that incorporate the group name and mascot such as customized sports mugs or discount cards. Middle school students are also more into school spirit than their younger siblings which is what products like these embrace.

Profit generally starts at 40% and increase based on the size of the order.

Good luck,

Our Band/Chorus here at Bunche Middle School in SW Atlanta GA used a great fundraiser by The Pound Cake Company. They are based in Atlanta but ship nationwide. One of their programs allows you to buy wholesale then sell for 50% profit margin. We continually use this one for in-school concessions and special events. They created custom sales kits for each student with our logo included on packaging. They also have a couple of pre-order programs. I'm not familiar with those but I have to say the experience working with them made it all successful. Their staff is super!
