For some of our random coupons we usually pair some together and use them as attendance prizes.

We've also created gift bags that people buy with the contents sight unseen. They are guaranteed to have a value of $XX. Can put several coupons in there along with a gift certificate that has a higher value. Another popular moneymaker. Not my style when I'm at an auction - I like to KNOW what I'm getting!!!

NEVER throw the coupons out. You can always find a way to use them. We've created a 'be our guest' plate with oodles of random certificates in all different denominations. This has always been one of our biggest money makers. We've also included them in baskets - picnic, wine, family night, pamper yourself, museum/zoo/amusement park, road trip, etc. - as an extra. We strongly feel that if the company or whoever has gone to the trouble of donating something, no matter how small, then we will find a way to use it.
