Not just another pretty face...

The new PTO Today website didn’t just get a makeover—it was completely overhauled! Now, all our articles, stories, tools, programs, and more are organized in a more intuitive way. While our previous site had a handful of topic areas, the new site has more than 20 different sections dedicated to all the hot parent group topics. And we’ve put all the content and resources together on one page for every key area. For instance, if you’re researching information about running your meetings, you’ll find everything you need in our dedicated Meetings/Robert’s Rules section.

The website continues to feature articles, tools, and insight from our team of PTO Today experts, but now we also include ideas and help from parent group leaders nationwide. Rank a document in the File Exchange, comment on an article, jump into a discussion on the blog or Message Boards...we have lots of ways for everyone to share their own experience and opinions.

Resources right at your fingertips

Now every tool, program, article, and resource is easy to find. “Tools and Programs” highlights great programs to help your group, including PTO Today Plus, Back2School, School Family Nights, and more. “Articles & Insight” covers the most popular topics concerning parent groups, while “PTO Today Shortcuts” at the bottom of the page and “Topics A-Z” features or directs you to links for every topic within our online library. Log on and click around—the depth of articles and help is bound to energize and inspire you!

New! File Exchange tool

Why reinvent the wheel when you can utilize tons of tools and resources that have already been created and used successfully by other groups? Our new File Exchange area allows you to share ideas with other groups and instantly and conveniently download new ideas whenever you want. You’ll find out which documents are the most helpful thanks to the new user rating system powered by our own parent community...absolutely free!

Stay informed with our PTO Today Blog

We launched our blog a few months ago, and now you’ll find links to it throughout our site. The blog is a mixture of news, ideas, and goings-on at PTO Today...and a terrific way to stay informed about what’s happening in the parent group world.

Enhanced Product/Service Directory

Our “Yellow Pages” area is now called the “Product/Service Directory.” We’ve reorganized this section, making it easier to find the category and vendor information you need to make all your event and project planning a complete success.

Message Boards: Still going strong

The PTO Today Message Boards are a hugely popular area of our website and inspire some of the freshest ideas and discussion from our ever-growing parent community. The location of the boards and discussion threads haven’t changed, but you may notice a slightly updated look. So, you could say that they’re even better than ever!

You’ll notice even greater organization in our “Article Archive” sections. Our previous site’s long archive list could be a bit tricky to quickly scan, but the new site will feature a section-oriented breakdown that’s easier to navigate and find exactly what you need...fast.
