Question: What the PTO Does

If I'm not mistaken, I recently saw an article on "What the PTO Does and Doesn't Do" (at least I think that was the name of it). I have been trying to find it again and can't. Could someone please point me in the right direction? Thanks so much!

Another very good flyer along the same lines is PTO Mythbusters. You can find both of these in the About Our PTO section of the File Exchange.
