Hi, I'm the treasurer of a long-time PTO. New York recently enacted certain changes to its non-profit regs to enhance accountability, most of which are aimed at organizations much larger than we are.

Before we hire an attorney to review our by-laws, has anyone already done this that might have some words of wisdom?
