I am new to everything as my daughter is just now starting kindergarten, however I am the new PTO secretary. I am excited to get the ball rolling! I have been informed that morale at the school is very low and the PTO has problems getting it's own MEMBERS to the meetings. Does anyone have any suggestions on how to get better participation and maybe even boost morale for our school? The school is pretty run down, and we only have about 350 students total. PLEASE help me with some ideas that I can present! I want to provide a fresh perspective and ideas to the meetings ahead! Thank you!
