I am looking for bylaws for Oklahoma. I am also looking for job descriptions for all offices, i.e. pres., v.p., sec., treas., etc.

I can send you via mail our descriptions of officer duties (not very good at e-mailing documents yet!). As far as By-laws there is a whole forum hooking up to other schools and some of their By-Laws. I used them to help with the building of new laws we needed to add. From experience, if you are building from scratch- PLEASE form a committee that will report to the board, and their main function is to build the by-laws. Please don't forget to include your Principal.
