I have been elected the PTO President of my daugthers school recently. We have undertaken the task of updating our By-laws. Unfortunately they are so out of date they are basically useless. Does anyone out there have a copy I could use as a guide.

Further down in this same category is a posting entitled "Sample bylaws sites". There are quite a few different sites listed which contain their bylaws. The last posting was 2/23/01, so you'll need to change the section which determines the age of the topics you view. (Upper right area of screen - usually says "show topics within last 45 days".) When you're really taking the time to browse thru everything, it's ooftn worth changing the toggle to "all".
