We give our principal his own fund. We budget a certain amount of money he can use at his discretion. We have 100% teacher involvement also, isn't it wonderful.

WE ALSO HAVE THAT TEACHER MEMBERSHIP THING GOING ON, BUT DID YOUR PRINCIPAL HAVE TO NAG THEM TO JOIN? I THINK AN APPRECIATION SUPRISE LUNCH (POTLUCK- PREPARRED BY PARENTS) COULD BE A NICE THANK YOU. BUT FOR EVERYONE NOT JUST THE PRINCIPAL
