we ask our pto for accountable of money, which the report that was givin was not accurate base
teachers response how much we give them.

according to the sheet we have spent less then
300 on students and just only on the teacher
lunchon we spent 299, this doesnt account for
the breakfast nor the gift certs for them at
christmas to a highly expense restaurant.

is this normal?

Slim, can you be a little more specific. PTO should of given you a copy of the ledger sheet.
Which shows all expenses that are in the account. I am not sure if your trying to say that they (PTO) has not spent enough money on the children.

Ask to see a copy of the tax returns--they legally have to provide you access to them or provide you a copy of them--they can charge you a reasonable amount for photcopying. This will give you an idea of what type of money is going through this unit and on what.
