Need ideas for Brochure Student Incentives

16 years 2 months ago #141193 by tinkermonkey
Our company (Innisbrook) provided a certain number of the actual prizes that the kids could earn as giveaways and a little mascot guy that had a pocket. We made certificates for the prizes and put them in his pocket. First we were going to only have the prizes in some, because anyone who sold 10 automatically got a mascot guy at lunch. Then we got into the spirit of having fun with it and did free popcorn, free recess for your class, free ice cream (individually and whole class) as well as some left over McDonalds french fry coupons, bowling passes and the biggie -- the principal would order 3 items from your catalog.

We also do the limo lunch (paid for by Innisbrook). In the past, we would have a school wide incentive that the principal "didn't know" like making him into an ice cream sundae or he gets a pie in the face. The kids who get to go in the limo for lunch would come back to school in time for the assembly and they were the ones who got to "get" the principal.

We are already working on next fall's brochure sale. I'd love to hear what has worked best at your school as incentives to getting the students participating.

Some we have heard are, a money machine, a limo ride. I'm trying to get other ideas on what you have used for meeting a certain level...say 30 items.

Thanks! I look forward to hear what has worked in your school!
