I hope this is in the correct folder. I want to organize a clothing swap for school uniforms at my daughter's school. I have no idea how to get it started. If anyone has any experience with a uniform swap I would appreciate all the help you could give me. Thanks.

For our Uniform Exchange, we ask our families to send in outgrown uniforms and then we collect them. The uniforms are kept at the uniform exchange chairperson's home(no storage in the school), the chairperson arranges to have families come to her home to exchange the items. We also have exchanges at the school for events, ie.. PTO meetings and parent orientation meetings. Because the uniforms are donated we do not charge, we just expect that whomever takes uniforms will donate back to the Uniform Exchange.

Dinda, we do one every summer and this year made it into a swap. It worked out great!
