I don't have any answers for you, but I'd like to bump this back to the top in case anyone out there has any ideas. I love this idea and I think our parents would really go for it as well.

This year, I am attempting to take the Adopt-A-Class program and turn it into what I am calling "Circles of Excellence". Basically, there will be three tiers- Silver, Bronze and Gold. Each tier requires a minimum donation amount OR a minimum amount of Volunteer Hours completed within the current school year. Providing an and / or scenario allows families who don't have the cash, but do have the time to be equally recognized. I'm also designing the program so that families can move through the levels without having to dish out $500 at once. I am just stuck on the guidelines of the program and getting it all on paper. I think my brain may be fried.

Anyway, does anyone out there have any program similar with some documentation I can take a look at?

Thanks!! :)
