Parent Express

5 Months, 4 Weeks ago

Although I'm pretty computer illiterate I recently started a website for our school and the host I used made it so easy that I was encouraged to try my hand at doing an online newsletter too using Parent Express, and I have 2 questions/concerns:

1) Space-being the first newsletter of the year, there was a lot of info to cover and I ended up using the blue space that's supposed to be the column header for articles instead. Is there a way to make the online newsletter larger?

2) Security- when I was done and sent our newsletter out I sent a copy to myself and it came up marked as dangerous by our security system. I'm sure the other folks I sent it to got similar messages and deleted it without opening it. Is there a way to avoid this?

Thanks! Oh, and if you'd like to see our newsletter...

Hi flmom-

Thanks for sending a link to your newsletter -- looking good!!

For your first question: you can add as many additional text boxes as you need to accommodate addl data.

For your second question, suggest that you call Constant Contact customer service – they have great customer service team for all technical questions. They are at 866-876-8464.
