We recently voted to change from PTA at the end of this school year to PTO beginning in the fall 2010.

Our name has been GES PTA all this time. However, I personally would like to see the name changed to a "stand alone" name to avoid this in the future. If we change to GES PTO and in future years the current team decides to change back, well there goes the name changing again.

Please share your group name and why/how you came to that. Also, do you like it or would you rather it be different.

You could always just call your group "Parents for GES".
