My opinion on this one is coming out in tomorrow's "Tim's Tip" email, but preview: I think we simply have to expand the understanding of how certain spends can ultimately help the school and the kids.

OK, parent group leaders- We'd like to have you weigh in on the PTO or PTA fund allocation debate...

Do you think that the funds you raise should be spent:

a) Only on things for this kids, like field trips, supplies, assemblies, etc. -- OR--

b) anything that benefits the goals of your group in general, such as; volunteer appreciation, officer training... and of course stuff for the kids?
