Articles of Association - Examples Wanted

If your PTO is already a 501(c)(3) registered non-profit/tax-exempt organization, somewhere you have a copy of your "ARTICLES OF ASSOCIATION" (also referred to as "...of Organization" or "...of Incorporation"). I would like a copy to use as input to the creation of our own Articles as we prepare to file for 501c3 status. Please send me an email for my school's address. Thanks for your help!
