Getting new blood

Please don't get me wrong, I am very fortunate for the many parent volunteers we have involved in our PTA. However we have about 20 chairpersons for all the programs and events at our 415 poplulation school. Which means always the same people. We all have second graders and above. We need to get some new parents with younger children involved. Quite fankly, we need some new blood. Any suggestions?

YES!!!!!Have a kindergarten mothers mug and muffin while the kids are in school. Have the kids make placemats and have their art on the walls. Then let them know how they can be involved. Remember they are busy and still have little ones at home too.
