We are looking at trying to update and hopefully expand events sponsered by our PTA in the fall. I want to start by sending out questionnaires this spring to parents and teachers asking them what they want their PTA/PTO to be doing for their children. I also will be asking for ideas for monthly events, hopefully not costly events either. Is there such a questionnaire already out there that we can use? Do you have any suggestions. I am planning to send questionnaires to the parents and one to the teachers.

Good luck.. Traditionally, any surveys I have conducted have had a very small response. Teachers especially seem to not take the time. I recommend keeping your questions very brief, limiting yourself to one page. Also, give folks a deadline...
