I was wondering about the board members selection on the voting members that include the principal. Is that normal to have her on the board as a voting member? I am new to this so if any one has some basic laws for a pto that I could see I would appreciate it Thank You

Our principal sits on the board, she is one of 5 members. In a way, we do not vote, we discuss and agree. I do not like to bring anything out on the floor that the board does not agree on. Enter code here Please note: although no board code and smiley buttons are shown, they are still usable.
