Cotton candy companies

18 years 2 months ago #120061 by Skyview PTO Rocks
We must be doing something wrong, because we have tried cotton candy twice and each time swear we are never doing it again. We even tried bagging it the night before but we still ran out and had long lines. It takes a very dedicated volunteer to run the cotton candy machine at the carnival.

This year we are going to try buying it. There are several internet companies, just google "bagged cotton candy" and you get several companies. We have not picked a company yet, but will try buying it this year.

Chuck E Cheese's donates about 250 cotton candy bags to our group. We rent a cotton candy machine and fill the bags before the event. If we run out, we can always spin cotton candy as needed.

Last year at our Carnival, the PTO ordered cotton candy from our local Wal Mart. There was some left over. The kids love to get it fresh and on the paper cones. This year we are renting a machine from a local rent-all.

We actually had a parent who had a cotton candy machine and it was very easy to use. Check in your community. Someone would probably donate it for you to use. People are usually, willing to help out. you can have it already bagged and ready for everyone ahead of time!

We have an end of the year celebration for our families and we would like to find a company that sells the prebagged cotton candy. Can anyone recommend a company they have used in the past? Thanks
