Movie Night license question

I think that your best bet is to contact them directly with your questions. That way there is no second guessing. Their phone number is 1-877-321-1300.

Hi. I have a question regarding this FAQ:

Are there limitations to this Public Performance Site License?
Yes. This license is for K-12 Schools only. This license does not permit entertainment movies to be used when an admission fee is charged, other than to cover costs.
******

Are you only allowed to charge admission up to the amt of the movie license cost or up to the amt the event has cost? For example, we are considering having Radio Disney attend - but that costs a fee. The pizza and drinks also are a cost item. We want this to be a break even event, but to do that, we normally receive a donation from attendees and they buy baked goods. Can we accept the donations up to the amt of all costs (ie. Radio Disney, pizza, drinks), or is it just the license cost?

It seems as though the event shouldn't have to be a loss to run it....can anyone answer this for me?
Thanks,
Melissa
