Has anyone purchased from RI Novelty before? They seem to be more expensive than Oriental Trading, but I'mhoping for better quality. I've been using OT for a while now, and every time I receive my order, something isn't right, items are broken, an assortment has fewer items than advertised, etc. Their customer service is great, but I'd rather not have the aggravation in the first place.
Thanks!

We used them last year and I was completely happy with almost everything I received. We purchased several higher end prizes and are still using them in our house(that our children won at the carnival) to this day. The shipping, billing, and customer service and follow up was great. They sent one wrong item and quickly sent out the correct items, and let us keep the wrong ones for free. They were also willing to take back leftovers. I definitely will use them again this year.

A lot of times you can get Free shipping from them and they are cheaper on some of their higher end items-- also if you call and order bigger lots, the price goes down. We've had good luck with him.

Our school LOVES Rhode Island Novelty. We order from them a lot and notice that some things are cheaper through them than through Oriental.
Every year we buy Christmas presents for every child in our school. As this can get to be expensive, we buy through Rhode Island. This way, they can get nice items and we can budget our money wisely. If we're buying by the dozens, we divide that by the actual price and you'll see per item you're not paying a lot. This way, we can keep track on how much we're spending on each child in the different classrooms, and most of the time they go home with several nice presents.
