Happy Siete de Mayo to you, too, FoxMom! If I know this group, it's never to late to share a pitcher of margaritas!

Oh! There's a Monster at the End of This Book! Shorty's most favorite book ever!!! I couldn't even say how many times I've read that book. I miss those days.

I just picked up Same Kind of Different as Me (by Ron Hall & Denver Moore) on a friend's recommendation. The cover says it's a story about "a modern-day slave, an international art dealer, and the unlikely woman who bound them together."

I can't wait to read it!

I would love to have the patience to sit down and read a book with more than 20 pages and no recipes!! The youngest is stuck on the book "there is a monster at the end of this book" big sis is "letting her borrow" it for the week. AAAHHH sharing at a sophsicated level HA!

The boys ended up having a great time last week. Ten inches of snow at the camp but rain and slush down here in "Oz". My event for Friday night was re-schedualed (thank god!).

When I worked for 6 salesmen, I remember being at the office sometimes from 6:30 AM to 9:00pm to finish their presentations often so they could make a 7AM flight. At one time I knew the Fed X by first name and recieved a beautiful baby gift from both him and the UPS person! Nice but not good :).

I suppose, I really should get something done before I realize how much I need to do before I leave!!

Hey Luv--hadn't heard that one yet...I'll have to look for it. My bookclub is reading "the glass castle". It is very compelling and hard to put down. I zoomed through half of it yesterday and will finish today I'm sure. Worth the read.

Got through my first week of presentations. Tough crowd but if folks wanted to learn something they sure could. I'm just not used to those types of days (7 am to 9 pm on oneof the three nights). Still recovering.

That sounds like a plan. Hopefully the library still has a copy I can borrow. Spaghetti Dinner for tonight has been re-schedualed for May 1st. Three inches of slush on the ground with more to come tis afternoon! YEAH. My Mom in Iowa teased me the sun was shinning and beautifu day! Whatever..

Just waiting for Dad and kiddo to come back from Outdoor Ed. Heard their camp had 8inches of snow last night but the bus was able to get up there. Just tell me when everything when they get home! NO! My stomach is in knots! HEY it's my hubby!! BYE!!
