Treasuer Retiring

1 Year, 2 Months ago

My long time treasuer (whom I just inherited this year) has informed me they are leaving the school this year, and I need to replace her. We've begun that process, but want some advice on how to lead my GREAT treasuer out. We'd like to host some type of Thank you, is it appropriate to host a small party for her, what can we do?

Thanks!

There is nothing wrong with holding a party. Consult your bylaws and organizing documents. You might want to pay for this out of pocket.

The thing I think about is consistency. How long do you need to be around before you get a party.
