The President of our PTO scheduled a Board Meeting, two of our officers changed the time of the meeting, not allowing enough time for the President and other officers to attend. I feel I was put in the middle of their conspiracy to get rid of the President. are the notes they kept valid with out the whole Board present for the meeting?

A meeting time cannot be changed in this manner. Any business conducted at that meeting is null and void.
