I went to the file exchange and saw a really cool file that one school used to have their children pick which movie they wanted to see and one that showed which movie won but there is no author to it. My problem was when I tried to do anything with it to change it to fit our school and which movies were a choice I was not able to change them. There is a security feature enabled and I can do nothing with it. Is the author out here that may be able to send me a copy that I may edit for our school or maybe there is someone that has something similar that they can share.

I'm not a big fan of folks posting PDF files, because then they generally aren't editable and can only serve as samples for you to recreate. This is a cute flyer. Not mine, so I take no credit for the creativity. However, I am handy in Word, so I re-created it as an editable file for you. Go to the File Exchange, Family events and choose to view by "most recent". It's called Movie Night Pick - Word/Editable.

It's not an exact reproduction, but probably close enough.
